It is recommended to get your roof inspected by a roofing professional at least once a year, especially after a severe weather event to help keep the gutters and valleys free of debris. A clean and healthy roof is the best way to beat any potential damage and save as much money as you can in the long run.
If you have a leaky roof, contact your roofer immediately for emergency repair services to prevent further damage to your property.

We offer a standard 7-year workmanship warranty on all re-roofs and most manufacturers provide a 30-year warranty on the shingles.
Xtreme Roofing is the only GAF Master Elite Certified company in Tulare County, which allows us to turn a GAF 30-year manufacturer's warranty into a GAF 50-year manufacturer's warranty with the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty. With this certification, we can also increase our standard 7-year workmanship warranty into a 25-year workmanship warranty.
A GAF Golden Pledge Warranty requires that we use the highest quality products for your roof install. Once the roof is torn off, we trim down the ridge to allow for better ventilation.
To begin install, we use a premium underlayment, allowing for better grip during install and a thicker barrier, making it harder for water to penetrate.
We also double-up on the leak barrier around all roofing vents/pipes and valleys, the areas known to cause leaks the most.
We then use a longer drip edge, with 4" protecting the deck side, preventing water from entering and penetrating through to the wood underneath your roof eaves and gables.
To top your roof off, we install a ridge vent and cover that with an extra wide ridge cap shingle allowing for better protection.

The cost of a roof replacement varies depending on a lot of factors, such as the size, pitch, material, layers, stories, and condition of your roof. We also take into consideration the type of material you would like to replace your existing roof with, the cost of labor, and permitting and dumping fees.
Your roof size, pitch, and number of layers play the biggest factor in determining duration of the project. Most average projects should take no longer than 5 business days. We typically take 1-2 days to tear off and prepare for our first sheathing inspection, then we take another 1-2 days to install roof (and fascia, if applicable) and we schedule final inspections for the 5th day.
We understand how overwhelming it may be with all of the material options out there to replace your roof with, so feel free to contact us with any questions regarding design or research.
There are a few considerations to think over when it comes to picking the right material for your reroof, including your budget, local climate, your preferences on visual appeal, and any concern with energy efficiency. We offer roofing solutions that meet any or all of these considerations for your upcoming project.
We like to pride ourselves on fair pricing, but most importantly, we like to do what is right. There are an unbelievable amount of contractors out there that would skip over or do things in ways that just gets money into their pockets quicker, but we care about the roof we put over your head. As a company that relies on word-of-mouth to bring in business, we take what we do over here seriously so you can tell your people about it too.
